This policy explains how Toroosio (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you visit www.toroosio.com or contact us through it. Toroosio is based at 101, Bin Fares 2, Al Barsha, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For any privacy question, email info@toroosio.com.
What we collect
- Enquiry details you send us: when you use the contact form we receive your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), country, the product or service you are interested in and your message.
- Emails you send us directly, and our replies.
- Technical data: like any website, our hosting provider’s servers record standard log information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We use your IP address briefly to limit repeated form submissions.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange demos, briefings or discovery workshops, and follow up on them.
- Where you ask about a partner solution (such as LizaOS, BigHammer or Orion Edge), to share the relevant details of your enquiry with that partner so they can support the conversation. We tell you before we do this.
- To keep the website secure and working properly.
- To meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run our business (for example our website hosting and email providers), with a technology partner when your enquiry concerns their product as described above, and with authorities where the law requires it. These providers may process data outside the UAE; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as we are discussing or working with you, and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law. Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider.
Cookies
Visitors to the public website are not tracked with cookies. Our website software sets cookies only for people who sign in to manage the site. If we add analytics or other cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to stop contacting you. Email info@toroosio.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the Toroosio team members who need it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
